A BIOGRAPHICAL REGISTER OF THE
ECCLESIASTICAL AND SECULAR ORDERS
IN ANGLO-SAXON
ENGLAND
<under construction>
It is proposed to compile and maintain a biographical register of the great and the good in Anglo-Saxon England, supplying references to their occurrences in documentary and other records, some discussion of their family connections and landed interests, and citation of published accounts of each person. The format of the register has yet to be decided; sample entries will be devised when the opportunity allows, and placed here for comment and improvement.
