5.00 pm each Tuesday in the Mill Lane Lecture Room. Lectures are free and open to all.

There will be a drinks party to which all attendees are invited in the Old Combination Room, Trinity College, after the first Lecture (6.30 pm).

Peter Paret is Professor Emeritus of Modern European History at the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton.
