Food
Trinity is not as kosher friendly as some colleges but if you keep kosher it is possible to be exempted from the Kitchen Fixed Charge by speaking to your tutor. The college loans fridges for a small charge and it should be possible to get hold of one. It is possible to get permission to bring other cooking equipment of your own and keep it in your room.

Kosher food is not available in hall but you should be able to get it ordered in for big events e.g. Matriculation Dinner, Half Way Hall etc. Contact the catering manager to sort this out, although they may require you to organise it all yourself and then get reimbursed.

Accommodation
Some rooms in Trinity are only accessible via corridors containing motion sensitive lights. This can be a problem for some people on Shabbat. It's best to check in advance with the accommodations office to see if this is the case. Furthermore, rooms in Whewells Court, Blue Boar Court and the Wolfson Building are accessed by a card-activated door after 11pm. Again this can cause problems. Finally, all the rooms in Burrell's field are accessed via a swipe card but it is possible to borrow a key to replace the card for Shabbat should that be necessary.

Sukkot
There has never been a Succah in college (as far as we know) but we think it would be quite fun to set one up on the Great Court grass!
