The book (xii + 246 pages, including about 30 illustrations) contains printed versions of the several talks given by Quentin's friends on the occasion of the two commemorative meetings held in October 2003: at the Royal Geographical Society, London, and at the Explorers Club, New York. It also contains an introductory memoir by his elder brother, Richard Keynes, and an illustrated account of his life, and of his collection of books, manuscripts and drawings, by one of his nephews, Simon Keynes.
Any friend of Quentin's, anyone interested for whatever reason in knowing more about him, and most especially anyone who accompanied him on one his many safaris to Africa between 1950 and 2001, is encouraged to make contact with me at the above address.
