2018 Residentials

Every year, Trinity College run a number of residential programmes for Year 12s who are keen to explore their subject outside of school and experience what it would be like to study at a top university. Students on these residentials stay in college accommodation, meet current Cambridge students and have taster lectures, seminars and supervisions in a variety of subjects. They also have the opportunity to explore the city, and take part in a number of social activities during the week. The residentials are entirely free, including accommodation and all food, and funds are available to cover transport costs to and from Cambridge if necessary.

The deadline for the residentials below is midnight on Tuesday 22nd May.

Currently receiving applications:

Law Residential (Year 12)

Biology and Medicine (Year 12)

Archaeology (Year 12)

Women in STEM Residential (Year 12)

Trinity Stonehouse Residential (Year 11)

Students on our residentials are selected using a range of both academic and widening participation criteria – we are particularly keen to identify students with no family history of higher education, those from schools who send few candidates to Oxford and Cambrige, and students in care. Students should also be capable of achieving top grades in their A levels by the end of Year 13.
