The Impact

I love hearing the impact that access work has had on incoming Freshers and hope that the mentoring and guidance through Track to Trin will bring high-achieving black students one step closer to applying and getting into Cambridge.

Created by outgoing Trinity College Students’ Union (TCSU) Access and BME officers, Elizabeth Beevers and Serena Cole, the programme will be run, virtually, from April to September 2021. In the later stages of the programme, attention will be turned to developing confidence for their upcoming university applications. Sessions will run be alongside workshops led by Trinity Ambassadors, focusing on interview skills and personal statement writing.
