Dr Bee Wilson (1992) is an award-winning food writer and history, and the author of The Hive: The Story of the Honeybee and Us (2004) Swindled: The Dark History of Food Fraud, from Poisoned Candy to Counterfeit Coffee (2008), and Consider the Fork (2012). She read History at Trinity.

She has been named BBC Radio’s Food Writer of the Year and is a three-time Guild of Food Writers’ Food Journalist of the Year. Wilson served as the food columnist for the New Statesman for five years, and has recently finished a 12-year stint writing a weekly food column for the Sunday Telegraph’s Stella magazine.
