Programme

4pm – Registration and accommodation check-in opens (Old College Office, Great Gate)

4.30pm – Choral Evensong (Chapel)

5:15pm – Drinks Reception Begins with music and Games (Under the Wren Library)

7:00pm – BBQ (Under the Wren Library)

11:30pm – Event comes to an end

Frequently Asked Questions

Accommodation

Whilst the event is free to attend, there is a charge of £85 to stay in College. 200 rooms will be offered for the night of the gathering. Breakfast will be provided in Hall for those staying overnight.

Guests

Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate guests at reunions. These events are very popular!

Parking

Parking will be available at the rear of the College which is accessible via Queen’s Road.

Photography

Photography will take place during the event. If you do not wish to be photographed, please do contact us.

Refreshments

In order to ensure you have the maximum opportunity to reconnect with friends, rather than a formal dinner in Hall, a BBQ will take place under the Wren, as this allows for more than double the capacity and a informal feel to the evening.
