Trinity May Ball
On behalf of the Trinity May Ball Committee, we are pleased to provide you with the information below on how you can register interest in attending the 2023 Ball. Please note that this event is not run by the Alumni Relations Office. If you have any queries, please contact [email protected]
The Trinity May Ball will be held on Monday, 19 June 2023. You can now register your interest for an alumni double ticket.
Owing to the cancellation of the 2020 and 2021 Balls, alumni who matriculated in 2018 and later will be able to apply for a ‘Discounted Alumni Double Ticket’, at the reduced price of £485.
All other alumni, who matriculated in 2017 or earlier, can apply for a ‘Regular Alumni Double Ticket’, which costs £515. Each ticket type will be allocated randomly in separate ballots according to our ticket quotas.
A VIP upgrade is available for both tickets at an additional £120, which includes an exclusive queue jump and a champagne reception. If you wish to complete the experience and dine in Hall prior to the Ball, the double ticket will cost an additional £190.
You may apply for a double ticket using this link from Monday 2 January until noon on Monday 16 January 2023. Once you have registered an account, all ticket types will be available in the ‘Store’ section. Please ‘Purchase’ the correct ticket to enter the ballot. Graduation years will be verified by the Alumni Relations & Development Office, and entries cannot be transferred between ballots after the deadline.
The ballot will take place in February and successful applicants will be asked to finalise their ticket purchases at this point. If you have any difficulty with entering the correct ballot, please contact this year’s Ticketing Officer, Eleanor Hargrove, at [email protected].
If your company or organisation would like a ‘Company Table’ at the Ball, please contact the President of the May Ball to discuss special packages [email protected]
If you have any further questions, please email [email protected].
*The ticketing management system is externally managed by the Ball Committee. The personal information provided as part of applying for tickets is stored securely and only available to certain members of the Ball Committee. The full data protection policy can be found on their website.
