Johannes Moore and Mihàly Berecz, both studying at the Royal Academy of Music, perform Vaughan Williams’s Songs of Travel and Butterworth’s poignant settings from A Shropshire Lad.

Johannes is studying at the Royal Academy of Music with Mark Wildman and Sholto Kynoch. He started singing as a chorister at Hereford Cathedral, and went on to study at the RWCMD Junior conservatoire. He sang lead roles as Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, Papageno in scenes with WNYO and the title roles in Gianni Schicchi and Aeneas in Dido and Aeneas with Edinburgh studio opera. He has sung in many choirs including Sansara, Genesis 16, and BBC Proms Youth Choir and has also performed step out solos for St Endellion Festival chorus in Billy Budd and excerpts from Sweeney Todd.
