Read about Mentoring Month 2024.  \nOur alumni community is made up of brilliant people across a huge variety of industries who are willing to guide current students on their paths beyond Trinity. In Mentoring Month\, current students are paired with volunteer mentors who provide valuable insights into the students’ preferred careers whilst supporting the development of skills necessary to achieve their aspirations. \nMentoring relationships are not just a way to give and receive advice; they are a chance to build connections that could last a lifetime and Trinity is committed to supporting our students to create these networks and foster supportive relationships. This year\, we return once again asking for the generous support of our alumni to continue to aid our students via this fantastic project.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row responsive_text=”false” italic=”false” css=”.vc_custom_1619796144944{border-bottom-width: 1px !important;padding-bottom: 5px !important;border-bottom-color: #a31621 !important;border-bottom-style: solid !important;}” width=”” align=”” text_align=”” font_family=”” color=”” font_size=”” min_font_size=”” line_height=”” letter_spacing=”” font_weight=””][vc_column][vc_column_text responsive_text=”false” css=”.vc_custom_1768232969122{border-bottom-width: 1px !important;padding-bottom: 5px !important;border-bottom-style: solid !important;border-color: #a31621 !important;}”]\nHow does it work?\nDuration: The mentoring programme runs from 1 March 2026 to 31 March 2026. \nCommitment: We understand that our volunteer alumni have demanding schedules. Meeting times are flexible but we ask that you and your mentee commit to a minimum of three sessions over the month – one to set goals\, one to check progress and one to look towards the future. \nFormat: We encourage everyone to conduct their 1-on-1 meetings on our online alumni engagement platform\, Trinity Connect. This platform is designed to make mentoring a personable and effective process. If you already have a profile\, we will add you to the programme. If you do not yet have a profile\, we will send you a personalised link to sign up to the platform.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”45054″ css=””][vc_column_text css=””]\nHow can I sign up?\nApplications for mentors and mentees are open and take place through our online platform Trinity Connect. \nSign up and create a profile in advance here.  \nSee our guide on how to apply here.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=””]Alumni – your connection to the college does not end when you graduate.
