Alumni Administrator (Full-time)

The Alumni Relations and Development Office is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and enhance its professional and friendly team. The office works with alumni, friends and donors and is responsible for organising communications, events and fundraising activities.  Activities include an extensive programme of events both on site and around the world, producing annual publications and managing a growing fundraising programme.  This is an exciting opportunity for somebody to be the first point of contact for many alumni, friends and donors to the College as well as providing critical administrative support in a busy office.

The post holder’s duties will include providing PA support to the Executive Director and Responsible College Officer, managing various aspects of the office administration, invoices and expenses, and updating the office alumni database. Excellent organisational skills are needed.  As part of a high performing team in a busy office, attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure is essential.  We are looking for a positive, professional person who enjoys being part of team, is willing to help others, and is self-motivated. An excellent command of written and spoken English, and a confident and polite telephone manner, are essential skills for this role

This is a full time position of 36.25 hours per week. Candidates wishing to work a compressed hours schedule over four days may be considered. If this applies to you please give information on your preferred working schedule with your application.

Salary scale £18,847 – £21,084 per annum per annum on an incremental sale plus additional benefits.
