Alumni Events Assistant

The Alumni Relations and Development Office at Trinity College is seeking an enthusiastic individual with an interest in events management to join its professional and friendly team. The office works with Fellows, alumni, friends and donors and is responsible for organising over 50 events each year. This is an exciting opportunity suited to someone looking to develop a career in events management.

The Alumni Events Assistant will provide administrative support to the events programme of the Alumni Relations and Development Office. They will be the first point of contact for alumni enquires and will assist the Alumni Events Co-ordinator in handling logistics for the programme.

This is envisaged as a full time role (36.25 hours per week with an unpaid lunchbreak of ¾ of an hour). Occasional evening/weekend work will be required for which time off in-lieu will be given.

Salary: £19,453 – £21,763 per annum plus additional benefits, which include subsidised gym, free lunch and Private Health and Dental Care subject to eligibility.
