Annual Fund Officer

The Trinity College Alumni Relations and Development Office is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Annual Fund Officer to join its busy friendly team. The office is the first point of contact for alumni and donors to the College and the Annual Fund Officer plays an important role in growing support and relationships between our alumni and the College. The role manages all aspects of Trinity’s annual fund and regular giving activity, including an annual telephone campaign, mailing appeals in print and electronically, as well as the legacy programme. The Annual Fund Officer will also be expected to manage a portfolio of donors to the College, typically supporters who have donated up to £10,000.

The successful candidate should be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience of working in mass-market fundraising and/or soliciting regular and leadership gifts. It is essential that you have a proven record of accomplishment in dealing professionally with people from a variety of backgrounds with differing personalities.  As well as being part of a team you must be able to work independently (sometimes under pressure) managing your time in order to meet deadlines. This will require tenacity, meticulous attention to detail and the ability prioritise.  The successful candidate should also have experience of using the Raiser’s Edge, or a similar relationship management system, as well as Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel.

Salary £30,167 – £35,890 per annum plus additional benefits.
