Trinity College founded by Henry VIII in 1546 is by far the largest and most impressive of all the Cambridge colleges. Staff can enjoy working in beautiful surroundings and within magnificent buildings which include the Great Court and Nevile’s Court. Staff total approximately 350, including full and part-time employees.
The College is seeking to appoint flexible and reliable permanent staff to join its friendly team of bedmakers. As part of the housekeeping team your duties will involve cleaning and servicing student rooms, fellow’s rooms, guest rooms, communal areas and offices on a daily basis.
Ideally you will have experience which has been gained in a similar role but if you haven’t don’t worry as full training will be provided to all successful candidates. What matters to us is your approach to people and a genuine desire to do a good job.
As well as £8.45 per hour, we offer an attractive benefits package which includes a housing allowance and free health care (subject to eligibility). Hours of work are Monday to Friday mornings, six hours per day (0700 to 1300 or 0800 to 1400).
