Part-time, 30.75 hours per week

Trinity College Alumni Relations and Development Office is seeking to appoint a Gifts & Database Administrator. The post holder will support the Gifts & Database Coordinator across a range of database and gift processing projects, advancing the department’s philanthropic and engagement activities. Occasional weekend work may be required.

The right candidate will find this to be an excellent role in which to further your administrative and database skills at a College with a loyal audience and a dynamic and varied programme of activities. Training will be provided in order to allow you to develop your knowledge and make use of the technology available to us to develop and implement new and improved processes. You should be motivated by diving into the detail and maintaining accuracy across all your work, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be willing to work flexibly as part of a friendly team.

Salary: £22,903 per annum (FTE salary of £27,000), plus other benefits.
