Gifts & Database Coordinator

The Alumni Relations and Development Office at Trinity College is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join its professional and friendly team. The office works with Fellows, alumni, friends and donors and raised over £6.8 million last year, as well as delivering a busy alumni relations programme including over 50 events. This is an exciting opportunity which is well suited to someone looking to combine a finance and database administration role with a strong-customer service focus.

You will be the hub of the office – facilitating our work via Raiser’s Edge, recording gifts to the College, dealing with enquiries from donors, reporting on income received and analysing trends. Ideally you will have experience of a similar role in an educational or charitable organisation and will relish the opportunity to balance long term development projects with vital day to day tasks.

This is envisaged as a full time role (36.25 hours per week with an unpaid lunchbreak of ¾ of an hour). The College is willing to consider flexible working and candidates should indicate at the point of application if they have any preferred working requests.

Salary: £27,382 per annum plus additional benefits, which include subsidised gym, free lunch and Private Health and Dental Care subject to eligibility.
