Part time: 18 hours per week
Fixed term initially for a period of 12 months
Salary: £11,172 – £12,662 per annum (£22,500 – £25,500 per annum pro rata)
We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR administrator to join our small but busy HR team.
This role will provide professional, customer focused HR administrative support across a wide range of HR processes. The role will have particular responsibility for assisting the Head of Human Resources in the implementation of the College’s new Human Resources Information System (HRIS) for which training will be provided.
You will have a track record of providing excellent administrative support within a Human Resources environment together with experience of working with Human Resources Information Systems. You will have a flexible, positive approach with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills.
