Projects and Administration Assistant

Trinity College Catering Department wish to appoint a confident and established Projects and Administration Assistant to provide confidential support to the Head of Catering and the Personal Assistant to the Head of Catering.

Applicants must have a proven track record in managing small projects coupled with detailed working knowledge of databases and Electronic Point of Sale Systems. The job holder will be responsible for maintenance of premises alcohol licence on behalf of the Designated Premises Supervisor (Head of Catering), and associated communication with the City Council. Organisation of staff training to ensure that relevant department members are compliant as required by their position. To ensure upkeep of, and compile relevant responses to, Health and Safety requirements, such as fire risk assessments and area risk assessments.

Applicants must be creative, enthusiastic and have a professional attitude to work. Good organisational skills, efficiency and commitment to high personal performance standards are required. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a busy team are essential together with a desire to demonstrate and develop their skills in this fast moving, high quality, professional environment.

Salary £26,608pa plus other benefits
