A Property Administrator is required to work with the Clerk of the Estates and the team to administer the property portfolio of the College.
The role will involve working with the Assistant Clerk of the Estates to administer the College’s property portfolio and enter the associated accounting entries onto the property database (Propman), prepare legal documents for Sealing and Signing, be the first point of contact for Tenants’ lease, rent and insurance queries, prepare monthly and quarterly rent demands, maintain VAT records for all properties and prepare monthly VAT figures.
The successful applicant will be an experienced administrator within an accounts environment, have proficiency with Microsoft Office including a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Experience within higher education or charities would be an advantage. In addition, candidates should have a thorough and logical approach, strong interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure whilst managing their own workload.
Salary £27,000 per annum, plus additional benefits.
