A Senior Administrator is required, as deputy to the Clerk of the Estates, to work with the team to administer the Property and Securities portfolio of the College.
The role will involve maintaining the property database (Propman) ensuring all rent and insurance demands are issued, liaising with the Colleges Securities Custodian and fund managers, processing subscriptions and redemptions and assisting with the preparation of annual and quarterly management accounts, forecasts and budgets for the Colleges Endowment.
The successful applicant will be an experienced Administrator within an accounts environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, handling databases and downloading data are essential. Experience within higher education or charities would be an advantage. In addition, candidates should have a thorough and logical approach, strong interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure whilst managing their own workload.
Salary £40,000 per annum, plus additional benefits
