REVIEW: Annual Gathering 2002, 2003, 2004 – Trinity College Cambridge
On Saturday, 13 July 2024, around 220 alumni who matriculated at Trinity in 2002, 2003 and 2004 came back to College for their latest reunion.

It was lovely yo see so many friends and groups of alumni reuniting, walking through College, and reliving happy memories of their time at Trinity. Despite the years apart, recognition was (almost) instantaneous for most!
After check-in, everyone gathered under the Wren for tea and cake. The atmosphere was lovely and conversations were filled with long overdue catch-ups, exciting life stories and heartfelt reminiscing.
Evensong followed shortly after for those who wished to attend with a choir of alumni from 2002, 2003 and 2004 providing the musical accompaniment to the service. Thank you to Oliver Lallemant for coordinating this!
Pre-dinner drinks under the Wren, served out of the Punt Bar, saw alumni gathering once again before dinner, this time in their evening dress. A group photo (see above) was taken in Nevile’s Court, after which the sound of gong summoned everyone to dinner in Hall.

The dinner was opened by our alumni choir, who performed a lovely grace. Thank you to all involved.
We are grateful to the Vice Master, Louise Merrett, for giving the Toast to the King, and also to Phyllis Agbo (2004, Natural Sciences), for giving the Toast to the College. Phyllis gave a heartfelt speech about her experience at Trinity, reflected on the unique friendships, bonds and opportunities that came out of her time at Trinity, and shared life lessons she learned from her time at College.

The evening was rounded off with post-dinner drinks under the Wren, which was beautifully illuminated in technicolour.
We would like to thank everyone for coming to this gathering. We are delighted to have welcomed so many of you back at College to celebrate a memorable evening together.
