Academic Guest Computing

An Internet connection will be provided to academic visitors to Trinity College provided:

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disconnection from the network. Your Tutor or Sponsor will be notified in all cases of network disconnection.

Request a guest network connection:

This form is only to be used by visitors who have not been booked into a college guest room. If you have been booked into a college guest room you can request WiFi from the Porters' Lodge on arrival. Other visitors to the College may request network access during their stay by filling in the following form. Please also be aware that all requests need to be verified and that filling in this form does not guarantee a network connection. Conference delegates should contact their conference organiser to arrange a network connection.

Submit Request

Information you enter into this form, including your name, IP and email address will be processed by The College’s IT department to verify your request and enable your connection. Subject to your successful request your information will also be held in our network systems in order to provide you with connection to our network for the duration of your stay. Your name, IP and email address will only be used for the purposes of contacting you in regards to your Trinity network connection, and providing this connection for the duration of your stay. It will not be used for any other reason or given or sold to any other company or organisation. Upon connecting to the network you will have to agree to the Trinity College and Cambridge University computing policies before being allowed to proceed.
