Course Information
At Trinity College, there are 28 different degree programmes across the Sciences, Maths, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. The information on each subject below gives you the course details, the information on the the director of studies and teaching staff within the College, and links for further information. It also gives the number of applications we receive in that subject and how many offers we usually give, but these vary from year to year and are not quotas (except for Medicine). If there is information you would like to know which is not available below, feel free to contact us at admissions@trin.cam.ac.uk.
If you are applying, the main deadline is 6pm UK time on 15 October 2024, which is the date by which you will need to submit your UCAS application. This is earlier than most other UK universities. You may need to apply earlier if you would like to be considered for an organ scholarship.
In addition, for many undergraduate course subjects – especially in the Sciences and Economics – there are specific tests that we ask applicants to take before their interview, and this also forms part of our evaluation. Please do check carefully if your subject has any specific deadlines, which will be mentioned on the relevant page. For Law, the deadline for registering for the LNAT is 15 September 2024. For Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, and Natural Sciences, you have to register for the ESAT or TMUA by 16 September 2024. For Medicine, the deadline for registering for the UCAT is 19 September 2024.
