At this exciting time for the College, we are seeking to appoint an experienced Programme Manager who will integrate three critical programmes of work strands, regular maintenance and refurbishment, transitioning to alternative heating sources and thermal improvements to buildings and building or renovating existing structures.  The role will manage the inter-dependencies of the projects, implement programme and project governance frameworks, manage budgets, quality control and risks and report on programme and project progress.

This challenging key role will require proven and extensive experience of project managing complex construction and renovation projects, preferably in a heritage setting, managing resource and delivering financial reports. Familiarity with building codes, regulations and sustainability practices are needed.  You must have excellent interpersonal skills, working proactively and independently.  Excellent IT skills, using Excel, Word, Adobe, CAFM programmes and project management software is essential.

Trinity College, Cambridge is the largest of the 31 Cambridge Colleges and contains a substantial and intensively used group of buildings of considerable architectural distinction constructed over a period spanning some 600 years.  The buildings house the living accommodations of students and Fellows, together with dining, recreational, studying and support facilities.
