Trinity May Ball 2025
June 23
On behalf of the Trinity May Ball Committee, we are pleased to provide you with information below on how you can register interest in attending the 2025 Trinity May Ball.
Please note that this event is not run by the Alumni Relations Office. If you have any queries, please contact ticketing@trinityball.co.uk.
This year’s Trinity May Ball will be held on Monday the 23rd of June 2025. You can now register your interest for an Alumni Double Ticket here.
All alumni are able to apply for an Alumni Double Ticket, which costs £580. A VIP upgrade is available for an Alumni Double Ticket at an additional £150, which includes an exclusive queue jump and a champagne reception. If you wish to complete the experience and dine in Hall prior to the Ball, the Alumni Double Ticket will cost an additional £240. Alumni Double Tickets will be allocated randomly in a ballot according to our ticket quotas.
You may apply for a double ticket here from Monday 13th January 2025, until noon on Monday 27th January 2025. Once you have registered an account, all ticket types will be available in the ‘Store’ section. Please select ‘Purchase’ on the appropriate ticket type to enter the ballot for Alumni Double Tickets.
Please ensure that you enter the correct ballot. Matriculation years will be verified with the Alumni Relations and Development Office, and entries cannot be transferred between ballots after the deadline.
The ballot will take place in February and successful applicants will be asked to finalise their ticket purchases at this point. If you have any difficulty with entering the correct ballot, please do not hesitate to contact the Ticketing Officer, Ryan, at ticketing@trinityball.co.uk.
If your company or organisation would like a ‘Company Table’ at the Ball, please contact the President of the May Ball to discuss special packages (president@trinityball.co.uk).
*The ticketing management system is externally managed by the Ball Committee. The personal information provided as part of applying for tickets is stored securely and only available to certain members of the Ball Committee. The full data protection policy can be found on their website.
