Centennial Celebration of the Harvard-Cambridge Scholarships

For 104 years the Harvard-Cambridge Scholarships have enhanced the bond between two great universities, benefiting 252 scholars.

While the pandemic may have put paid to us marking the year of the Harvard-Cambridge Centennial, there is no reason why we cannot still celebrate in style now.

As such, we invite all former Scholars to join us in Cambridge for a range of activities, taking place across all four colleges and taking advantage of the Cambridge Alumni Festival Weekend and bookings are now open via the form below.

Full details on the programme of (optional additional) activities are in the email invitation, but the main programme contains:

FAQ

Who is invited to this weekend?
All former and current scholars on the Harvard-Cambridge Scholarship programme, delivered via one of Emmanuel, Jesus, Pembroke, or Trinity colleges (Cambridge)
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, each scholar is welcome to bring one guest (over the age of 18) with them. Please book a guest ticket (cost £100) for them.
What do I do for accommodation?
We are not able to offer a centrally managed accommodation provision for this event, but options in Cambridge with preferential rates for Cambridge alumni include:
How do I join the other events on the list specific to my own College?
College Dinners (where applicable) will be booked separately by scholars. Details on how to book these will be communicated by your own College nearer the time and once you have registered to attend the weekend programme.
What about Alumni Festival activities?
The Cambridge Alumni Festival Weekend programme will go live on Wednesday 10 June, and activities will open for bookings on Tuesday 14 July (10am BST). We will share this link nearer the time to give you the best possible chance of reserving your place for these events as they can fill up quickly.
Are refunds possible if my plans change?
All bookings are in accordance with the Trinity College Events Terms & Conditions. Refunds, minus the transaction fee we are charged, will be offered until 14 days before the event, at which point any requests will be at the discretion of Trinity College.
