Join Trinity Senior Bursar, Richard Turnill in New York for an entertaining evening ‘in conversation’ with Dr Michael Banner.

Richard will talk on ‘Investing for Trinity’s Future’ and there will be an opportunity to put your questions to the Senior Bursar afterwards. The event will conclude with a drinks reception with canapes and networking.

The talk is kindly hosted by Jamie von Klemperer (1979) in central Manhattan on Wednesday 14 October. The Senior Bursar’s talk will begin at 6.15pm.

About Richard Turnill

Mr Turnill joined Trinity on 1 September 2020. After studying Economics at Churchill from 1988 to 1991, Mr Turnill joined the Bank of England and went on to become the Global Chief Investment Strategist at BlackRock.

In addition to managing the College’s investments and developing financial policy, the Senior Bursar plays an active role in Trinity’s governance, participating in weekly Council meetings and contributing to decisions that will impact the College community in both the immediate and long-term.

Trinity’s Senior Bursar also participates in University committees, leads initiatives in support of education and research, and directs Trinity’s collaborations, including, for example, support of the Newton Trust, University lectureships, PhD studentships and the Colleges Fund that helps less well-endowed Colleges.
