Profile

I taught Economics at Trinity from 1970 to 1996. I left to become President of Queens’. I am Emeritus Professor of Financial Policy at the Judge Business School where I founded the Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance. My academic interests are economic theory, history of economic thought, and financial regulation.

Teaching

I give occasional lectures in the Faculty of Economics.

Research
