Alumni Communications and Publications Officer

The Alumni Relations and Development Office is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join and enhance its professional and friendly team. The office works with Fellows, alumni, friends and donors and is responsible for organising communications, events and fundraising for College priority initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional with extensive experience in all media.

The Alumni Communications and Publications Officer has responsibility for the editing and production of printed and online alumni publications including: the Alumni and Development Annual Report, the College’s Annual Record, the bi-annual alumni magazine The Fountain, and monthly e-newsletter, and event and fundraising literature. They also maintain the alumni website and manage social media content overseen by the office.

This is envisaged as a full time role (36.25 hours per week with an unpaid lunch break of ¾ of an hour). However, applications for part time hours of 0.8 FTE will be considered. If this is of interest to you please indicate this in your application.

Salary scale £30,167 – £35,890 per annum pro rata, plus additional benefits.
