Trinity College Housekeeping department prides itself on the service delivered to students, Fellows, staff and visitors and is seeking to appoint additional Bedmakers to support that service.
Successful candidates will undertake cleaning duties in various areas including communal areas and offices as well as rooms occupied by Fellows, students and guests.
Experience in a similar role is not essential as full training will be provided. It is important is that you are reliable, conscientious and able to interact with people of various ages and backgrounds whilst ensuring tact and discretion. The role is physical and is likely to involve climbing stairs and carrying items such as hoovers.
Our standard contract is for 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday) but with the hope that you will be able to work some weekends on rota to service the College’s guest rooms. The current work patterns offered are 07:00 to 13:00 or 08:00 to 14:00 however we are happy to discuss this with you.
Salary: £19,734 per annum (FTE £25,655) plus additional benefits, which include:
