My defining moment at Trinity

My defining moment at Trinity has been playing for and captaining TCWAFC, the Trinity women’s football team. Studying engineering, where women are in the minority, playing for TCWAFC gave me the chance to interact with an incredible group of girls every week, forming strong friendships both on and off the pitch. I have fond memories of how supportive the older girls were when we were freshers and sincerely hope that we’ve followed in their footsteps as we’ve gotten older. Through all the wins and losses that come with sport, the football tours and alumni games, and watching the team grow in strength, I couldn’t have asked to be part of a better women’s team for the last 4 years.”
